GPUBrazil offers on-demand GPU cloud infrastructure services, allowing users to rent GPU computing power for various purposes, including but not limited to:
- Training machine learning and artificial intelligence models
- Graphics rendering and video processing
- Scientific computing and simulations
- Application development and testing
3. Registration and Account
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities performed on your account.
4. Payments and Billing
- Minimum deposit: $25.00
- Billing: Per hour of use, automatically debited from balance
- Insufficient balance: Instances will be automatically paused when balance is insufficient
- Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded upon request, subject to review
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate local or international laws
- Cryptocurrency mining (except with prior authorization)
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Denial of service attacks (DDoS) or hacking
- Storage or distribution of illegal content
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement
- Spam or sending unsolicited mass communications
6. Service Availability
GPUBrazil strives to keep the service available 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect the service.
Availability of specific GPUs depends on capacity and may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
GPUBrazil will not be liable for:
- Loss of data stored in instances
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Misuse of service by third parties with access to your account
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to code, data, and content you create using our services. GPUBrazil does not claim ownership of your content.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary for service provision.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. GPUBrazil may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. In case of termination, remaining balances will be handled according to our refund policy.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
